![]() The processing demands would be insurmountable. There's the unknown variable of RAM differences, but that wouldn't really affect the outcome here, would it? Best case scenario, we'd be looking at 4xMSAA, 1080p/60fps for Uncharted 4 on Neo. You're talking about (a) doubling the frame rate and (b) QUADRUPLING Full HD. Neo is, in the rumored case, roughly 2 1/8 times as powerful as PS4 vanilla. The game is 1080p with an incredibly stable 30fps (or 900p, 60fps with somewhat downgraded visuals for multiplayer-still looks great however). That would be 217% more theoretical power. Now remember, the PS4 is, what, 1.84TFLOPS? Neo is *rumored* to be 4TFLOPS. It's insane and, if any game could get a PS4 to be loud, Uncharted 4 would be that game. The game's visual fidelity is insane and the finer details go largely unnoticed (like Nate's ears glowing red as they would when there's strong lighting on them). And frankly, there are very observable reasons why. Now why do you think that is? Because that game pushes the PS4. ![]() While everyone else has been claiming that their PS4s are "loud as a jet", I didn't get that. My PS4 is a launch PS4 that defied convention. I'll be very honest: I don't see that happening, period.
